Learn to cook like a real Chef. Explore new culinary horizons with Pierre IRION, chef of the "Les Terrasses" restaurant who will show you some culinary tips and methods. A dose of desire to learn, a dose of professionalism, a good helping of pleasure and you have the ideal recipe for enjoying yourself in a friendly atmosphere!

You will stay at the Domaine du Lac, a 3-star hotel at Guebwiller, on the Alsatian wine route south of Colmar. The hotel, in a peaceful setting, offers calm and relaxation all year round, with the permanent goal of paying particular attention to you.

The package includes:

• 2 Nights at the Les Rives *** hotel
• 2 full buffet breakfasts
• 1 traditional dinner "Discover fine cuisine with a regional flavour". Hors d'oeuvre, main course and dessert chosen by the chef.
• 1 Gastronomic dinner "Combine boldness and love of food", 4 seasonal dishes.
• The cookijng class organized by our Chef Pierre IRION includes presentation of various selected products and a start to making the recipes, explaining various tips and traps to be avoided. It will then be your turn to take an active part in making these recipes which you will have the pleasure of eating in the Chef's company.
