Cycle trip around the Sundgau

Close to Mulhouse, Basle in Switzerland, Fribourg-en-Brisgau in Germany, in the extreme south of Alsace, the region known as the "Sundgau", we invite you to stay in the heart of a natural region where you can rediscover the real values of the land and get back to basics...
During your stay you will take a trip around the Sundgau, exploring its preserved villages, its hills highlighted by the Jura and, of course, its gastronomy.

Baggage transport between hotels is provided.

Programme :

  • Day 1 : Reception at the Auberge Sundgovienne near Altkirch
  • Day 2 : Exploration of the Largue valley. Forest landscapes, meadows, pools
  • Day 3 : Leave from Ferrette, a picturesque medieval city and circuit through the Ill valley
  • Day 4 : Crossing many traditional Sundgau villages with their half-timbered houses, a route which follows the Rhône-Rhine canal before returning to the starting point.
