The Munster Cheeseworks is a new complex devoted to the traditional craft of making the famous Munster Cheese.
The Munster Cheeseworks includes a dairy housing the Vosgienne cows, displays of Les Vosges mountain agriculture, and a typical cheese workshop with cheesemaking demonstrations using local methods and traditional know how.
